We have developed a machining methods combined with optical probe test in low-speed cutting path and compensation manufacturing to achieve the goal of being independent of B axis,  large dynamic range and sub-micron scale precision which rapidly increase the manufacturing and test accuracy of free-form surface. The accuracy of our free-form surface with 100mm aperture is better than PV 0.5μm.
